Boxes beyond base, wall and pantry
Galway shows the widest choice in the listings we read: plain base, sink base and drawer base cabinets, a pantry, a super lazy susan corner cabinet and a pull-out trash base. Pattingham adds a double oven cabinet, and Port lists drawer bases in its navy shaker style.
Every box is ordered and delivered on its own, so one damaged box can hold up a whole kitchen. One reviewer on the Southam sink base page had an order arrive two months late, half of it damaged, with the replacement parts out of stock.

Who makes allen and roth cabinets
American Woodmark. The cabinetry warranty refers to components “not manufactured by American Woodmark”, and the brand’s cabinet website, allenandrothcabinetry.com, carries an American Woodmark copyright.
American Woodmark merged into MasterBrand, and the deal closed on May 28, 2026. The cabinet website’s footer now shows a MasterBrand logo.
The paperwork we found does not say which plant builds a given cabinet. Warranty claims are mailed to 561 Shady Elm Road, Winchester, VA 22602.
Owners compare the line with other makers too. One Houzz reply claimed it is American Woodmark built to a lower price than the company’s Shenandoah cabinets, which is that owner’s view rather than anything the company says. A Reddit thread in r/cabinetry weighing allen + roth against Fabuwood found the allen + roth materials looked better on paper.

- Check every box at delivery. Arrival damage is the most common complaint, and one owner could not get replacement parts afterwards, so report damage while the delivery is fresh.
- Adjust the doors once they hang. Even an owner who was happy with the cabinets had doors to adjust after install.
- Keep the room within the warranty’s range. The warranty treats humidity outside 30 to 50 percent and temperatures outside 50 to 85°F as extreme conditions.
