Kitchen sinks
The Harlow pull-down kitchen faucet fits sinks with 1 to 4 holes, using the deck plate in the box. The Bryton LED pull-down fits 1 or 3 holes. If your sink has a separate side-spray hole, the two-handle kitchen faucet (67722W) comes with its own side spray.
Under the counter
On an undermount bowl, check the spout’s reach. One Roveland vanity owner found a standard spout barely cleared the edge of the bowl and splashed the top. Another owner needed supply line extensions of 4 to 6 in to reach the valves under a tall vanity. Which vanity tops take which faucet.

Ticks show finishes we found in Lowe’s listings and manuals for the collections named; a gap means we did not find it, not that it can never exist. Kitchen faucets also come in spot-free stainless and brushed bronze, and Cosgrove’s gold tone is antique brass. The same finish name can look slightly different on zinc, brass and steel, so compare samples side by side before you buy a whole room.
Keeping the finish. Several manuals add a 5-year finish warranty that abrasive or chemical cleaners void, and the faucet manuals ask for mild soap and water on a soft damp cloth. No acids or abrasive cleaners.
What owners see. One buyer returned a brushed gold kitchen faucet that looked yellow within a week, while another praised brushed gold on a widespread bath faucet for hiding fingerprints and water spots. A Reddit thread shows a matte black bath faucet rusting after about six months and staining the quartz below.

When the shower runs warm but never hot and the handle stops short, owners and an allen + roth expert on Lowe’s Q&A point to the same part: a ring behind the handle that limits how far it turns toward hot.
- Pull the handle off. On some valves it comes straight off with no tools; one video shows the whole job in under a minute. If it won’t pull off, look for a small set screw.
- Find the ring. It sits on the cartridge, right behind the handle.
- Turn the ring a little. Move it so the handle can travel further toward hot, then push the handle back on.
- Run the shower and test. Go in small moves. The ring is there to cap the hottest water, so stop as soon as it is hot enough.
If the water stays cold or the valve drips, the cartridge itself is next. One owner’s cartridge stopped giving hot water, and the brand asked the owner to check it was fitted the right way round. Find your cartridge number.

What the troubleshooting tables in the allen + roth manuals say, by symptom.
- Drips from the spout or leaks under the handle
- Tighten the bonnet nut, then clean or replace the O-ring on the cartridge. If it still leaks, order a new cartridge. A plumber on JustAnswer added that a new cartridge has to sit fully in its groove, with a new seat and spring, or it can keep dripping.
- The handle won’t come off
- Look for a small set screw holding it. A JustAnswer plumber walked one owner through removing a set-screw handle to reach the cartridge.
- No hot or no cold water after installing
- The manuals’ answer is a supply hose that kinked during the install. Refit it without the kink.
- Weak flow or a messy spray
- Unscrew the aerator at the tip of the spout and flush out the grit, and clean the connector under the counter.
- The pull-down hose won’t go back
- Move the weight on the hose under the sink.
- Water runs from the spout and side spray together
- The diverter has worn out. On the two-handle kitchen faucet it is part RP70679.
- A quick-install nut won’t tighten
- On the widespread bath faucet, the black nut goes on the spout and the gray nuts on the handles.
- The LED light has gone dark
- The Bryton kitchen LED runs on water flow, and no LED manual offers a fix beyond replacing the lit part: the LED spray head (RP 13126) on Bryton, the LED aerator (RP 00619) on the bath faucets. The bath faucets also include a plain aerator you can swap in. At least nine Bryton owners on Lowe’s Q&A report the light stopping.
- The touchless sensor flashes 10 times, slowly
- Replace the four AA batteries. If it flashes but no water comes, check the data cable to the battery pack.
Which cartridge is in my faucet?
Cartridges go by model number, not by collection name. Type yours to see the part number printed in its manual, then order it from the allen + roth parts line, 1-866-439-9800, or [email protected].
The start of the number is enough. The digits after the dash often code the finish, but on 67955W they also mark which version you have.

Several Harlow shower owners say the cartridge was not stocked or sold on its own at Lowe’s. One plumbing retailer lists a 40 mm cartridge, RP20124, that it says also fits some Peerless and Glacier Bay faucets; that is the seller’s claim, so check it against your manual first. No source we found names the factory. The manuals say only that allen + roth is a trademark of LF, LLC, a Lowe’s company, and they are printed in China, Vietnam or Thailand. One LED faucet manual also carries the name Brookes, without saying what that company does.

What does the faucet warranty cover?
