The route to a part is not the same for every category. Gazebo canopies are bought, not ordered from the parts line; cabinets have their own help desk; blinds often have no model number at all.
Vanities
- Where the model number is
- On the manual cover, next to the item number. The 60-in vanity manual, for example, prints Item 6022478 with Model LOWE60VLN. The Lowe’s product page shows both numbers too.
- Who supplies the parts
- The line printed in the manual, usually 1-866-439-9800 or [email protected]. Its parts list numbers the doors, shelves, knobs, hinges and floor levelers. Reviews of the Rian and Lancashire lines are answered by their supplier, which gives its own line, 1-866-839-2888.
- Have this ready
- The model number, the part letter and number from the manual, and your receipt or order number.
- Worth knowing
- Several owners whose top or backsplash arrived damaged were told the part could not be sent alone and the whole vanity had to go back. Look the top over while the delivery crew is still there.
Faucets and shower valves
- Where the model number is
- On the manual cover. A manual that covers several finishes lists one item and model number per finish, so use the line that matches your faucet.
- Who supplies the parts
- 1-866-439-9800 or [email protected]. Each manual’s Replacement Parts List names the cartridge, aerator and handle. Several owners say their Lowe’s store did not stock the shower cartridge, so order it through the parts line.
- Have this ready
- The model number, the cartridge number (and which side, hot or cold, on a two-handle faucet), and your receipt, which the faucet warranty asks for.
- Worth knowing
- Faucet manuals cover leaks and drips for as long as the original buyer owns the faucet. The maker replaces the part; you pay for the labor.
Gazebos and pergolas
- Where the model number is
- On the manual cover. Go by the model number, suffix included: item 0510327 is printed on two different 12 x 10 ft gazebo manuals, TPGAZ17-002 and GF-12S004B-1.
- Who supplies the parts
- 1-866-439-9800 for frame parts and hardware, which the manual numbers (roof covers 401997-M1 to -M5 on hardtop L-GZ340PCO-5, for example). The soft-top manuals say replacement canopies are sold on Lowes.com. Older Lowe’s Q&A answers also gave supplier emails: [email protected] for GF-12S004B-1 and TPGAZ17-002, and [email protected] for the TPGAZ2341 manual.

- The model number with its suffix and the part number from the parts list.
- Worth knowing
- One owner whose steel roof panel was dented by a branch says single panels are not sold. Several gazebo and pergola warranties exclude weather and storm damage.
Patio umbrellas
- Where the model number is
- On the manual cover, for example Item 5124131, Model URM819003J-G for the 11-ft lighted offset umbrella.
- Who supplies the parts
- The URM819003J manual says to search the item number on lowes.com and open Guides & Documents, or email [email protected]. Replacement tops for that umbrella exist as Lowe’s items 5212605 (beige) and 5212606 (navy). Garden Winds sells fitted canopies for models YJAF-819F and URA038005B.
- Have this ready
- The model number, the canopy color and, for solar lights, the battery type printed in the manual.
- Worth knowing
- Several owners say the replacement canopy was out of stock when they needed it.
Fire pits
- Where the model number is
- On the manual cover, for example Item 2592446, Model GAD17103L for the 48-in gas fire pit.
- Who supplies the parts
- 1-866-439-9800 or [email protected]. Parts lists number the burner, control knob, igniter cap, regulator and hose, and lid. The GAD17103L manual names Mr. Bar-B-Q Products LLC as the source of factory parts. Reviews of the 28-in tabletop fire pit (model 52297) are answered by its supplier, GHP Group.

- The model number, the part number and your receipt. Fire pit warranties run 1 year, and some cover replacement parts only.
- Worth knowing
- On the gas tabletop fire pit, the warranty supplies the part but you pay the shipping.
Electric fireplaces
- Where the model number is
- On the back of the unit and on the manual cover. The safety notice for the recalled 62-in model puts its model number on a white label on the back (photo below). The 54-in fireplace manual prints Item 6023335, Model LWFP54-10.
- Who supplies the parts
- Most fireplace manuals list 1-866-439-9800 and [email protected], with parts such as heater 00FB30-HLA-IR-A and remote 00RC006B. Some print a supplier line as well: Whalen Furniture Manufacturing, 866-942-5362, on the LWFP58-7 and LWFP62-8 inserts, and Twin-Star International, 1-866-661-1218, on the 51-in and 60-in models.

- The model number, any code on the display, and the part number of the remote or heater.
- Worth knowing
- If the Whalen insert shows EE, its manual says not to take it back to the store but to ask customer service for a replacement insert.
Closet systems
- Where the model number is
- On the manual cover. The Hartford ventilated kit manual covers four model numbers: WSLVCKJ, WSLVCKW, WSLVCKG and LWVKBW.
- Who supplies the parts
- 1-866-439-9800. Kit manuals number every panel, shelf, slide and hardware piece, about 50 in the ventilated kit, down to the complete hardware pack ending in -50-CH.
- Have this ready
- The model number, the part number and the finish. Owners report whites from different boxes that do not match.
- Worth knowing
- The kit warranty covers defects but excludes the shelves.
Ceiling fans
- Where the model number is
- On the manual cover. Go by the model number: item 0577413 is printed on two different fan manuals, models 41945 and 35207.
- Who supplies the parts
- 1-866-439-9800. The 41945 manual numbers the glass bowl, light kit, remote pack, blades and downrod. The 35207 manual gives no part numbers for its remote or receiver. Kichler is named in the French and Spanish warranty text of models 35207 and 35158.
- Have this ready
- The model number and the part number. Try pairing the remote again first; the fix is further down this page.
- Worth knowing
- Fan motors carry a lifetime warranty and other parts 1 year. The 41945 manual says glass is not covered.
Lighting
- Where the model number is
- On the manual cover, for example Item 0003581, Model FYM2304A for the 4-head track light.
- Who supplies the parts
- 1-866-439-9800 or [email protected]. Lighting manuals number small hardware (0003581-AA to -GG on that track light), but glass shades often have no part number, so describe the shade when you call.
- Have this ready
- The model number and the piece you need. For a warranty return, the manuals ask for the receipt and the original carton.
- Worth knowing
- The recalled lighted mirrors, models 75-102 to 75-104, are handled by Homewerks, not the parts line. See the recall list.
Blinds and shades
- Where the model number is
- Often not printed. Many blind and shade manuals give only a hardware-box code, such as 79074-QJ00Z0WTHW2LA, so keep the order or the box label. Some faux wood blind manuals do list model numbers, 94586 to 94621.
- Who supplies the parts
- 866-439-9800, the line printed in the shade manuals. Lowe’s also lists allen + roth blind parts, valance clips among them (Lowe’s Pro Supply item 480135).
- Have this ready
- The box code or order, the width, and the type: faux wood, cellular or blackout.
- Worth knowing
- Faux wood blinds can be trimmed within limits, but cutting the ladder strings voids the warranty, and a blind cut wrongly cannot be returned under it.

- Who supplies the parts

- One owner whose hinges broke within a year could not find replacement parts.
Patio furniture and cushions

- On the manual cover, for example Item 0609617, Model 710.098.003 for an ottoman with cushion.
- Who supplies the parts
- 1-866-439-9800. Some manuals list the cushion as a part (SC9801-1 on that ottoman). Lowe’s also sells separate allen + roth replacement cushions in standard sizes such as 25 x 25 in deep seat.

Find the model number first
Every allen + roth product has two numbers. The parts line, the manual and every canopy seller go by the model number, so find that one before you call.
Item number is Lowe’s own number for the product. It finds your order and the product page on lowes.com.
Model number is the maker’s number. The manual, the parts list and the canopy sellers all key off it. Lowe’s says you can search lowes.com by either one, so a model number from an old label still leads back to the product page and its manual.
No label? Look on the manual cover, on the box, or in your Lowe’s order. Blinds and shades are the awkward case: their manuals often print only a hardware-box code.

No part in this list matches. Your manual’s Replacement Parts List will have it; call the line printed in that manual with the model number.
Each model number links to the manual it comes from. “Model + -6-AS” means your kit’s model number followed by that suffix. Part numbers belong to the model shown; a cartridge that fits one faucet may not fit another.
How to order an allen + roth part
- Find the model number. It is on the manual cover, on a label on the product, or on the Lowe’s product page. Keep the suffix: two gazebos can share an item number but not a model number.
- Open the manual. On the product’s Lowe’s page it sits under Specifications, in Manuals & Documents or Guides & Documents. If the listing is gone, ManualsLib carries more than 3,663 allen + roth manuals and BILT has 3D instructions for 15 products.
- Find the part in the Replacement Parts List. It is near the end of the manual. Note the letter and the part number; some lists also mark which parts are covered under warranty.
- Call or email the line printed in that manual. For most products that is 1-866-439-9800, [email protected] or [email protected]. A warranty part needs the receipt, so have it to hand.
- Call before you take anything back. Several manuals ask you to contact customer service before returning a product to the store, and Lowe’s says to check inside the box for the supplier’s details when a part is missing.
allen and roth replacement canopy
The soft-top gazebo manuals say replacement canopies are sold on Lowes.com rather than through the parts line. The fitted tops on sale come from third-party makers who name the allen + roth model numbers they fit, and each one warns that canopies are not universal.
Match the suffix. GF-12S004B and GF-12S004B-1 look like one model, but one seller says its top will not fit the -1 frame while another says its top does. Read the fit list on the listing against the number on your manual.

Fits as each seller states them. Garden Winds gives its canopies a one-year limited warranty that excludes weather damage.
allen and roth shower valve and other fixes to try first
Some problems that look like a broken part are a setting. These come from the manuals and from answers on Lowe’s Q&A; the right-hand column is the part to order if the fix does not help.
Shower never gets hot enough
Pull the handle off. Behind it is a temperature limit ring or stop; turn it to let in more hot water. An allen + roth expert gave this answer on Lowe’s Q&A.
If it still fails: Cartridge RP20124 on 873X tub and shower valves; the stop ring is part of it.
Faucet leaks under the handle
Tighten the bonnet nut, or clean the cartridge O-rings.
If it still fails: The cartridge for your model, from the table above.
LED light on the faucet stopped
The Bryton kitchen LED runs on water flow. Bath LED faucets come with a plain aerator you can swap in.
If it still fails: LED spray head RP 13126 (Bryton) or LED aerator RP 00619 (bath).
Ceiling fan ignores the remote
Model 41945: turn the power off and on, then within 30 seconds hold LEARN (or HIGH and LOW) for 5 seconds. Model 35207: set the dip switches on the remote and receiver to match, and run the fan on constant power, not a wall light switch.
If it still fails: Remote pack 4L000011280 for model 41945.
Fireplace flames on, no heat
The room may have reached the 82°F default; raise the setpoint. On the Whalen insert, “00” means Demo Mode (hold the timer button 10 seconds until “L4” shows) and “88” means overheat (clear the vents, unplug for 5 minutes).
If it still fails: Heater 00FB30-HLA-IR-A on LWFP54-10 and LWFP62-9. An “EE” code means a replacement insert.
Fireplace remote does nothing
Fit new batteries (2 AAA in the Whalen insert, a CR2025 cell in the media mantels), press the buttons slowly and stay within about 20 ft.
If it still fails: Remote 00RC006B or RC-L-HE85EL03, depending on the model.
Solar lights stay dark
Check the switch on the panel, put the panel in full sun (one lantern manual asks for about 6 hours), and check the battery’s contacts and direction.
If it still fails: The battery listed in the manual: Ni-MH AA 1600 mAh in the solar mushroom lights.
Gas fire pit will not light
Check the igniter battery, the tank valve and whether the electrode is wet. On the tabletop model, keep fire glass off the igniter cover; if the igniter fails, light it with a long match on HIGH.
If it still fails: Igniter battery cap 58-24-834 (GAD15420L) or igniter cover 58-24-504 (GAT17001ES-L).

Does Lowe’s sell allen and roth replacement parts?
Some. Lowe’s lists fitted gazebo canopies, replacement umbrella tops and blind parts such as valance clips. Most other parts are ordered through the line printed in the manual, 1-866-439-9800, using the model number and the part number from its parts list.
How do I adjust an allen and roth shower valve?
Take the handle off and turn the temperature limit ring or stop behind it to allow hotter water. On the 873X valves the stop ring is part of cartridge RP20124, which also limits the maximum hot temperature.
