Widths run from an 18-in powder-room vanity to a 72-in double. Most lines come in 24, 30, 36 and 48-in single-sink sizes plus a 60-in double. Lambert is the only 18-in option and Lancashire the only 72-in.

Clearances assume one sink centered in the space. Minimums follow the International Residential Code (section R307): 15 in from a sink's centerline to a side wall and 21 in clear in front. The larger figures, 20 in and 30 in, are NKBA's recommendations. Your local code is the final word.

Hardware in the box
Roveland and Connery come with brushed nickel pulls, Rian and Lancashire with brushed gold. Lambert ships with both a brushed nickel and a brushed gold set.
Side splashes
A back splash is included on most lines. Side splashes are sold separately, for example PU-21CAR-SS for Roveland.
Small extras
Sandbanks has an electrical outlet inside the cabinet. Haverhill uses a sliding barn door instead of hinged doors.

Natural Carrara marble

Real stone with gray veining. The Roveland manual says to keep acids such as vinegar and lemon off it and to reseal it from time to time.

A marble look in a manufactured slab. Several owners report etching from soap residue, dulling within months, or staining around metal fixtures, so wipe the area by the faucet dry.

Haverhill’s version is black. Lancashire owners mostly praise the top, with a few reports of staining that the maker said may need refinishing.
Installing an allen and roth vanity
Fully assembled still means a little work. The Roveland manual puts it at about 45 minutes plus 24 hours for the caulk to cure, with a Phillips screwdriver, a drill, stud fasteners and silicone.
- Open it with the delivery crew there. Shipping damage is the most common complaint in owner reviews of every line, and Lowe’s replaces damaged units.
- Lift the top off the cabinet. It ships loose so the cabinet is easy to place.
- Fasten the cabinet to the wall studs. Level it first; several lines have leg levelers.
- Set the top back with silicone. Let it cure for 24 hours before heavy use.
- Fit the back splash and the faucet. Choose a faucet whose spout reaches well over the undermount bowl. One Roveland owner found a standard spout barely cleared the sink and splashed.
- Adjust the doors. Uneven door gaps are fixed with small turns of the hinge screws, as the manual shows.

Model SP4972 can be surface mounted or recessed into a 19-1/2 x 25-1/2 x 3-7/8 in rough opening and holds 25 lb per shelf. Its warranty runs 1 year from the install date. The oval frameless cabinet MMV1032MV ships without mounting screws, so have wood screws for studs or Molly bolts for drywall ready.
Lighted mirrors
The 36-in lighted mirror (1457MR-36-800) plugs in and should hang at least 3 in above the faucet. The 24-in round LED mirror (SP6723) is hard-wired and needs an electrician. Hold the touch switch for 3 seconds to dim.
Recall: allen + roth lighted dimmable LED bathroom mirrors, models 75-102, 75-103 and 75-104, sold at Lowe’s from February 2023 to July 2024, were recalled in October 2024 because the glass can come away from the wall base.
