What a warranty claim needs
- The receipt. Faucet, fireplace, gazebo and fire pit warranties ask for proof of purchase; one tub and shower set asks for a copy of it.
- The original buyer. Most allen + roth warranties are for the first purchaser only and cannot be transferred.
- Your own labor. Removal and reinstallation are on you: faucet, fireplace and lighting warranties all exclude them.
- Gentle cleaning. Abrasive or chemical cleaners void the finish warranty on shower heads and faucets.
- No storm damage. Gazebo, pergola and canopy warranties exclude weather, and the hardtop GFM60901L also excludes frame rust and fading.
- A call before a return. Several manuals ask you to contact customer service before taking a product back to the store.

Fake allen + roth support
Search for an allen + roth phone number and you will find sites calling themselves the official allen + roth website. None of them is run by Lowe’s.
Some are unofficial sites using the name; others are scraped pages on unrelated domains. A complaints site lists the cabinetry number as the general allen + roth customer service line, and two people who posted there said a third-party chat site asked them for card details.
